Havator Oy signed 1.10.2025 an assets purchase agreement of selling its’ port operations to Oy M. Rauanheimo Ab. The trade was implemented on 11.11.2025 when all Havator’s port operations and contracts related to it were transferred to Oy M. Rauanheimo Ab. Also, all Havator’s personnel from port operations were transitioned as an existing employee to the new owner.
